    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=12060">jessy3</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7640<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Srpanj&nbsp;2013 at 07:57<br /><br />Pozdrav ljudi! <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br>Evo me nakon..duzeg vremena.. bila sam sprijecena pisat o svojoj trasformaciji zbog nekih problema....<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley12.gif" border="0" alt="Sleepy" title="Sleepy" /><br><br>Uglavnom, pocela sam bolje jesti i nastavila vjezbati, narocito trbusnjake jer mi je trbuh najgore podrucje (2 trudnoce..)<br><br>Unazad 2 tjedna otprilike sam jela :(i jos uvijek)<br>dorucak: zobene s mlijekom i voce ili jaja na oko,purecu sunku,posni,krastavce,rajcicu..-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; svakodnevna kombinacija svega po malo...<br><br>rucak: sto god je bilo na meni-u taj dan..<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" /><br><br>vecera: posni s necim unutra (cimet,secer ili nesto slano) i uz to mini zdravi sendvic..<br><br>meduobroke tu i tamo kad se sjetim..<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" alt="T&#111;ngue" title="T&#111;ngue" /> <br><br>vjezbala sam ujutro i navecer po cca 20-30 min, uglavnom bez kardia, posto sam bila na 45kg pa me strah da ne gubim vise.. sada opet imam 46kg i dalje..<br><br>eto sad jos i slikicu da stavim..&nbsp; <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" alt="Smile" title="Smile" /><br><br>]]>
