    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=14916">tim</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7606<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Lipanj&nbsp;2013 at 23:38<br /><br />Dobra vecer van svima,evo da ukratko napisen nesto za prvi put.Inace cesto znan bit na ovoj stranici jer se stvarno zna nac jako zanimljivih stvari, al eto sad san se prvi put odlucia za logirat.Uglavom,vjezban prakticki vec godinama,nikad teretana al zato konstantno trcanje,plivanje,zgibovi,sklekovi,trbusni, core itd.Tako da mi vjezbanje ne predstavlja problem,a mogu rec i da san ovisnik o vjezbanju.jedan od razloga zasto san se logira je i taj sta san prije nekih godinu dana dobia giht i tako san mora odjedaput prominit kompletnu prehanu,tako da san sa 110kg pa na 90 u nekih par miseci,al eto u zadnje vrime se nekako vracan na neku normalnu tezinu(inace san visok priko dva metra).Tako da se nadan da bi moga dobit koji koristan savjet ako ko ima istih problema sa gihton,podilit neka zajednicka iskustva sta se tice prehrane,ali i nevezano za to,uvik se moze nesto novo korisno naucit.Toliko od mene za prvi put pa se opet cujemo..pozz]]>
