U teretanu sam prvi put krenuo <br />prosle sezone, tj. 6. mjesec. Isao sam do 1.12 pa sam radio veliku pauzu do 1.3.<br />Od treceg mjeseca idem aktivno svaki dan. Moj tjedni trening izgleda ovako: Ponedeljak: Prsa, triceps<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Utorak: Biceps, ledja<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Srijeda: "day off" al zapravo tad radim trbusnjake i zatim na steper budem 15-20 minuta.<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Cetvrtak: Ramena, Noge<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;i tako sve u krug radim<br /><br />Naravno mjenjam konstantno vjezbe da ne uletim u rutinu, itd. <br /><br />Od suplemenata sam konzumirao Whey gold standard (prosle godine 6. mjesec), Creatine sam sad pio nekih mislim 8 tjedana tako nesto ( ono kako ide).<br />Danas sam narucio Pro Whey 3g od vanilije mislim da je dobar :D (vidit cemo). <br /><br />Sto se tice treniranja nema za*ebancije :D , prestao sam pusit cigarete ima vec preko 2 mjeseca. Pusio sam bio nekih 10tak godina. <br /><br />Pazim koliko toliko na prehranu.
