Taj program stvara ogromno opterecenje na zglobove, a ako imaš višak kg, opterecenje je još vece.]]>

Evo prije nekoliko tjedana zapoceo sam program Insanity i sve je super, jedini problem je konstantni umor u nogama, promijenio sam nacin prehrane i moguce je da unosim neceg premalo. Prioritet mi je smrsaviti a za ostalo manje-vise. Uz toliki umor jednostavno gubim volju za vjezbom jer me noge pocinju boljeti vec nakon nekoliko minuta. Pijem sumece tablete magnezija. Ocito mi nesto fali u prehrani i sporije mi se obnavljaju misici....Ima li tko kakav savjet sa cime bi mogao rijesiti svoj problem. Inace visok sam oko 195 a mase oko 110kg.&nbsp;]]>
