Upala pluca me unazadila 2mj skoro, izgubio sam 8kg te potom vratio 10kg u 30 dana što nije bilo baš najljepše. Slike govore sve... To je bilo sredinom 1 mjeseca kada sam zapoceo laganu dijetu. Ništa drasticno. Krenuo sam s a 92kg<br><br><img src="http://www.pohrani.com/f/1x/qO/uuafIdg/111.jpg" border="0" /><br><br>Forma se sada popravlja iz dana u dan i poprilicno sam zadovoljan... Trenutna kilaža je oko 85kg.<br><br><img src="http://www.pohrani.com/f/3g/1m/4sCuzVKE/photo20130510145412.jpg" border="0" /><br><br><img src="http://www.pohrani.com/f/3i/Qx/1PH5KqLn/slika.jpg" border="0" /><br><br>mjere na pocetku su bile:<br><br>opseg oko guzice: 105cm-&gt; 98<br>opseg struka: 91cm-&gt; 81<br>opseg prsa: 115cm-&gt; 113<br><br>Najbolji rezultati u teretani:<br><br>BP: 125<br>DL: 240<br>SQ: 200<br><br>Na žalost, više ne radim toliko 3 glavna "lifta" cisto iz razloga što se puno teže oporavljam zbog kardija i deficita u prehrani.<br>Ali držim intenzitet treninga i na niti jednoj vježbi mi nisu pale radne kilaže. Samo što se držim potisaka bucicama, veslanje šipkom itd...<br><br>Zacrtani datum je bio 20.6, ali s obzirom da mi dijeta ide poprilicno glatko mislim da cu možda i produžiti i izvuci maksimum koliko mi tijelo dopušta. <br><br>Eto, nadam se da je nekoga motiviralo. U kratkom vremenu možete dosta napraviti ako ste strpljivi, organizirani i disciplinirani.<br><br>]]>
