Tijekom treninga gubiš velike kolicine vode iz tijela, kako znojenjem ( cime organizam štiti tijelo od pregrijavanja),Drugi važan sastojak su ugljikohidrati zatim protein , možeš si još koje vitamine priuštiti c i e...jako je važno jesti p....jer nakon treninga šecer u krvi opada,mišici su premoreni...pocinje katabolizam...da to sprijeciš moraš papati...]]>

Procitala sam skoro sve ali trebala bi mala pojašnjenja pošto mi nije baš sve jasno. <br />Ovako, imam 19 godina, 63 kile i visoka sam 170. Treniram insanity (na kraju sam, iduci tjedan završavam) i stvarno vidim odlicne rezultate.
