    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11272">Scarpetta</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7380<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 23&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2013 at 15:04<br /><br />ne brini nije komplicirano,brzo se ufuraš.<br />Ako ti je cilj smršaviti energetske plocice bih i ja izbacila ima puno kalorije, a sve u svemu je bezveze. <br />Možeš ubaciti posni sir + voce, ili zobene u nekoj kombinaciji.<br />I ako ti je previše toliko obroka jesti (ne znam cime se baviš, ali ja ni u najljepšim snovima nemam vremena za ovoliko obroka) može smanjiti obroke na dorucak, rucak, veceru i eventualno i medjuobrok izmedju i obrok iza treninga (PWM) u dane kada treniraš.<br /><br />Uopce ne razumijem što je komplicirano, imaš video za sve vježbe ne moraš uciti imena ili nešto slicno. Pogledaš i pokušaš to ponoviti.<br /><br />Za koji program si se odlucila?<br />I da ako želiš smršaviti u ovom drugom jelovniku je maslac od kikirikija to može ali pazi s kolicinama (pogledaj etiketicu s kcal, pa sukladno tome izracunaj koliko ceš pojesti = dodje ti otprilike 1-2 žlicice male)]]>
