Moram priznati da sam u par navrata pocela s vjezbanjem, ali nakon tjedan dana redovito odustanem. Za teretanu ili crobik nemam vremena jer imam jako ubrzani tempo zivota pa se ne bih mogla drzati zadanih termina. A opet, ne bih htjela vjezbati na svoju ruku jer ziher ne radim odgovarajuce vjezbe. Vidim ja da vi znate o cemu pricate pa bih Vam bila zahvalna ako bi me mogli malooo savjetovati.<IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif" border="0"></P><P>Ovak, imam 55 kg, visoka 69 cm, sve u svemu, dobro to izgleda u&nbsp;hlacama, ali bih se voljela da to izgleda super u badicu. Tipa, voljela bih oblikovati guzu, oblikovati trbusne misice i dobiti lijepe noge. Ugl, mi moze tko savjetovati kako bi trebalo izgledati moje vjezbanje, a da ima ucinka? Npr, koliko trbusnjaka, kakve vjezbe i sl, a opet, da me to ne izmori i da se vide rezultati do ljeta...?</P>]]>

Tek poslije mjesec su prvi mali rezultati , a poslije 3 , prvi malkice veci ...i sve tako .... Moras biti uporna i strpljiva i dok vjezbas ne misli da se cuda desavaju preko noci .
