    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8033">bebolina</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7312<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2013 at 15:48<br /><br />Ja ne planiram u sezoni vježbati istim intenzitetim kao u sada....<br><p>Cca do polovice 6mj vježbam, a &nbsp;onda do 1.9. samo tu i tamo i to treninzi po 15ak minuta cisto da sam u formi.</p><p>Naravno da nije bitno kada vježbaš, kad si slobodan odradiš trening, ali nemoj se iscrpljivati jer je konobarski posao (pogotovo ako je visokofrekventni kafic) poprilicno aktivan. Morati ceš svakako povecati kcal unos i barem 7 sati sna</p>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13532">mettasttaza</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7312<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Travanj&nbsp;2013 at 14:34<br /><br />evo ovako pošto nisam primjetio temu,vezano za posao i fitnes...htio bih da napišete kako funkcionirate sa time....cime se bavite dali ima posla negdje? uopce :) ja bih trebao 1.5 poceti raditi kao konobar :) Hvala Bogu našao sam...e sada treninzi i prehrana nece biti kao prije....mislim ostat ce isto ali vremenski nikako....e sada dali se nešto dogadja mijenja odnos,razvoj ako bi primjera jedno tjedno vježbao u 1 popodne drugi tjedan u 6 navecer ...dali bi to išta poremetilo? samo se bojim da psihicki pošto fizicki nije neki jak posao ne budem umoran...pa da ne kvalitetno odradim...htio bih da ljudi koji imaju iskustva koji rade i drže se fitnesa daju koji savjet...kako sve stici i odraditi :)]]>
