    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=3803">senya</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 713<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 17&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2010 at 10:46<br /><br />Imam doma orbitrek i dosta cesto na njemu vježbam (za manje od godinu dana sam skroz pohabala onu traku, tako da sam morala kupiti novu), no nešto me u tome zbunjuje... naime, vježbam u intenzitetu od 28-32 (što je dosta brzo), a skoro sam do kraja zavrnula jacinu otpora (š,5 kruga do maximuma) - a kad pogledam potrošnju sva sam u cudu! Za 30 minuta po mojem orbitreku potrošim svega š50 kalorija! (cak i na ovom webu piše da se na orbitreku potroši 500 kalorija u 40 minuta)<br />Dal je moj mjerac kalorija malo pokvaren, ili je nešto drugo posrijedi?<br /><br />Također, nabavila sam si Leg-Master i zanima me kako se na njemu vježba i koliko se troši kalorija? (ja na njemu napravim 3 serije po 20 i to nakon orbitreka)<br /><br />Unaprijed hvala!  <img border="0" src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"> ]]>
