Poslije treninga ti treba neki brzi ugljikohidrat kako bi 'dosao sebi' jer ti je secer pao i rezerve glikogena su se 'ispraznile' i trebas nesto maznut kako bi se dobro osjecao.<br><br>Sad ti biraj sto ce to bit - ako ne mislis pit whey onda preporucam bananu-dvije poslije treninga i neke brze bjelancevine. <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br><br><br>]]>

(znam da si vec napisao ali tad nisam rekao koliko sam aktivan fizicki)<br><br>i samo da jos pitam, procitao sam da u jednom obroku nije nuzno unjeti vise od 40g proteina, a sto vrijedi za uh?<br><br>hvala!<br>&nbsp;<span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by ante_rukavina</span>]]>

To ne znaci da ne mozes pojest i jedan becki tjedno/mjesecno. Kombiniraj tunu, piletinu, puretinu, teletinu, junetinu, sardine, oslice itd itd. Ugljikohidrate sibaj koliko ti treba - jer ne znam koliko si fizicki aktivan, ali slobodno ujutro maznes zobene, za rucak krumpir/tjesteninu/rizu, poslije treninga glukoza i popodne slobodno ubaci i nekakav jogurt kao medjuobrok.<br><br>Mazi 2g / kg - znaci probaj ubacit dnevno ~70g proteina.
