A teško ceš na sebe nabaciti kile mišica bez treninga .. jesi li to planirao?</div>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13890">neznam11</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7037<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2013 at 23:15<br /><br />evo imam jedno pitanje,a posto sam na mobu nisam mogo nac nikakve kategorije (jedva sam naso i ovu) pa ako ima jos kojih kategorija moje isprike :p<br /><br />znaci imam 61 kg i visok sam 190 cm (kritican sam) i pokusavam bacit nekolo kila.prije 3 mjeseca imo sam 55 kg i uspio sam nabacit 6-7 kg i vise ne ide pa me zanima da li postoji neka granica koliko covjek moze dobiti kila ili ne jedem dovoljno i da li bi mogao dobiti neki plan prehrane za dobivanje kila ali da ima i junk fooda zato jer mi treba par kila da nisam ko stapic <br /><br />ljep pozdrav]]>
