Trcala sam jako puno puta po kiši i po snijegu i bilo mi je fantasticno. Izbjegavam samo kada je ful hladno vani ono da je minus (mada sam i po takvom znala hehe). Bitno je da ne nosiš pamuk na sebi nego materijal koji se brzo suši i ne zadržava znoj, materijal kakav imaju npr. biciklisti.Ja imam sve sportske majce pa i trenirku od tog materijala (nemrem se ovog trena sjetiti koji je materijal), ugl plus mu je i šta se nemre zgužvat hehe..a kad je baš jaako hladno na to obucem flis. ;)]]>

A za mueslije sam mislila da su vrh :)<br />Inace, prilicno sam atletski tip i brzo hvatam kondiciju, tako da cu probat trcati po hiit principu, nisam pojma imala da nacin trcanja cini takvu razliku u sagorijevanju kalorija. Svasta cu jos naucit tu, cini mi se.<br />Slazem se da ne trebam biti opterecena kilama ali nekako mi je bilo lakse predociti vam sto u biti zelim postic. <br />Sutra cu se slikati i postati sliku gore, pa onda za mjesec dana opet novu. Bas me zanima da li ce promjene biti vidljive do ljeta. <br />I jos jedno pitanje; da li je pametno trcat po kisi? Odn.  jel postoji neko pravili za trcanje po kisi, snijegu ili da jednostavno preskacem takve dane (naime, prognoza za narednih nekoliko dana mi bas ne ide u prilog a ja bi se htjela konacno pokrenuti).<br />Hvala vam ljudeki.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9387">Slavonka23</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7030<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2013 at 11:14<br /><br />Kazu da je najzdravije mrsavljenje od 0,5-max 1kg tjedno.. <br />a sto se tice trcanja ne znam, jer moras sama vidjeti koliko mozes..pa s vremenom povecavati intezitet.. odnosno, efikasnije je odraditi HIIT od 20min (kombinacija sprinta i hodanja) nego tri dana trckarati okolo.. ali opet kazem, ovisi o tvojoj trenutnoj formi.]]>

Muslije izbaci potpuno, a pogotovo iz vecere. Za dorucak banana plus jogurt, za medjuobrok neko punozrnato pecivi, rucak zlica rize i komadic mesa, pa onda zlica svijezeg sira i za veceru nekakav muesli ili ...? Izgleda da ipak jesam tumplek. ]]>
