    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13504">fpotter</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 7026<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 08&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2013 at 19:03<br /><br />pozz<br>Treniram vec neko vrijeme, prije sam jeo što mi god padne pod ruku i nisam bas pazio<br>pa sam skuzio da prehrana ima vazan dio sto se tice mojih ciljeva - a zasada je to mišicna masa.<br>Poceo sam brojat kalorije jer želim dobiti na mišicnoj masi koja je u zadnje vrijeme stalno na <br>"slabih" 60 kg, a inace sam visok 175.<br>Sastavio sam primjer svog jelovnika <u>pa me zanima jesam li na pravom putu i treba li napraviti neakve preinake.</u><br><br><u>evo primjera za danas</u><br>dorucak: zobene, banana, jogurt<br>medjuobrok: 2 kriške raženog(integralni) kruha, 100g pilecih prsa(salama)<br>rucak: 250g pilecih prsa i tjestenina<br>medjuobrok:1 kriška raženog(integralni) kruha 100g posnog, banana<br>vecera: tjestenina + tunjevina(konzerva) i 100g pilecih prsa<br><br>I da, nastojim podijeliti jelovnik na što više obroka kako bih bio sit, medjutim u zadnje vrijeme stalno <br>osjecam glad, a jedem svakih 4 sata otprilike pa mi je to malo cudno.<br><br><br>]]>
