Lijepo ubaciš 3 put tjedno vježbe snage s utezima, zadržiš misšicnu masu i svi sretni, narucito ti  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br />sretno u daljnim planovima]]>

Imam 33 god., iz Splita sam<br>visok 178, težak 95 i namjeravam izgubiti još barem 7 kg. <br>Najviše volim volim cardio tj bicikl,trcanje i veslanje. Toliko se na tome izmorim/oznojim/sagorim kalorija da mi ne trebaju vježbe s utezima, iako i njih radim ali malo.<br>Voditeljima ove stranice preporucujem da (ukoliko to vec nema) da naprave slicnu stvar koja postoji na www.fasttracktofatloss.com a to je detaljan pregled tjelesnih i prehrambenih aktivnosti tj. neka vrsta dnevnika. To zaista super funkcionira na FastTrackToFatLoss. Inace fitness.com.hr je za mene definitivno najbolja stranica u Hrv.<br>]]>
