    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13663">cunica</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6909<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Ožujak&nbsp;2013 at 09:55<br /><br />Pozdrav evo mene opet :) najprije zelio bih se zahvalit na svim prijasnjim savjetima i tako to:)ovaj put me zanima nes drugo,nastavio sam tu da ne otvaram novu temu bzvz...dakle,strogo se drzim prehrane prije navedene prehrane jedino ne konzumiram ulje od ljesnjaka zbog nenormalne cijene ( 2 dcl,50 kn) i tu i tamo mi se desi da ne stignem bas tocno u sat pojest nes,nego sat prije ili kasnije,al mene zanima kakav ce meni bit ucinak ako mi se treninzi sastoje cisto za definiciju,znaci cim vise ponavljanja,manja kilaza,cca sve cu radit 20 kila prvih par mjeseci za izbjegnem kojekakve ozljede,ne mislim se ko totalni noob sad preforsirat,i zadnjih 15 min kardio,3 puta na tjedan...sta ne bi ja trebao najprije kao masu nabit iako imam mase al ne pretjerano misica <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> pa tek onda prijec.na definiciju?jer ne zelim sami smrsavit na adekvantan nacin tj da ne izgubim misicnu masu nego masnocu a da naizgled ostanem isti...buni me sve to,masa onakve vjezbe i definicija onakve]]>
