(moras jos vise paziti na prehranu)<br /><br />PRVO moras nabiti masu (nadajmo se da ce dio te mase biti misici), onda moras preokrenuti prehranu (podosta drasticno za tvoje zelje) i nastaviti trenirati. Ugl, on je na nekakvoj dijeti trenutno gdje 6 dana ne unosi nikakve ugljikohidrate, samo proteine i doslovno nestaje! Sedmi dan unese nevjerojatnu kolicinu kalorija. <br>Ne cini mi se to zdravo, pogotovo ne na duže vrijeme. Vec tamo 4-5 dan kaže da mu se manta malo :/<br><br>Sad, mene zanima koliko je to loše za organizam, jer mi se to cini dosta dobo za mršavljenje recimo! Ja bih trebala još nekih 4-5 kg smršaviti! <br>]]>
