Cure koje se bave bodybuldingom inaju ogromnih problema da uopce metnu na sebe misicnu masu , a rade iskljucivo hipertrofijske treninge, tak da se vjerovatno radi o tvojoj percepciji tvojih nogu, no i to je problem ako ti smeta.</div><div>Posalji slike da vidimo o cemu se radi........</div><div>Koliko zgibova, sklekova (muskih)mozes napraviti ,cisto da dobijemo okvirno pojam o snazi?</div>]]>
