Ja i radim zagrevanje sa 24kg, pa nemam problema. Imaš hrpu varijanti, krugovi koljenima i stopalima, i bokovima, oko 15 svaki, i svakom smjeru, pa podigni koljeno i ispruži potkoljenicu, kad spustiš stopalo natrag da lugi u guzu, spusti se u duboki cucanj i dok se držiš za nešto radi iz tog cucnja pokrete kružne koljenom ili mici lijevo-desno, napred-natrag,, unloaded squats, pa zhealth varijanta, možeš i ležeci malo voziti bicikl ili vrtjeti potkoljenice uz fiksno koljeno,... hrpa toga, u svakom slucaju kreni od sporijih prema dinamicnijim pokretima  Pa ako sam bio razumljiv dobro si i prošao ;). ]]>

I onda sam prešao na swing i dalje me malo bolilo pa sam odradio sam 2 kruga swinga .<div>Sad cu malo više pažnje posvetiti koljenima pri zagrijavanju i jel ima tko savjet ?</div>]]>
