Kicma mi je groblje jednom rjecju, pun sam tikova, vrat sam iscašio cijeli, ni sam neznam kako mi je glava još na ramenu,nema jutra da mi kicma ne pukne na 6 dijelova, svaki pokret krc krc, užas i strava :( potrebna je i masaža da se ti cvorovi u ledjima maknu i puno puno posla.<br>&nbsp;Nekada sam trenirao karate i naglo sam stao, mislim da je to gore nego ne radit ništa .<br>&nbsp;Plivanje mi je za sad najbolje, jer ne pate zgolobovi. <br>Prijatelj koji je spasioc na bazenu radi samnom i ispravlja mi tehniku.<br>&nbsp;Za sad mi je plan dobro se razgibat i pripremit mišice i kosti za daljene napore kroz plivanje, stec neku kondiciju i onda idemo dalje.<br>&nbsp;Pripazit cu i na prehranu, i vec 2 dana zaredom racunam unos kalorija i sve mi je to novo i fora.&nbsp;<br>haha a ovo za kilažu i centimetre &nbsp;necu komentirat &nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley8.gif" border="0" alt="Clown" title="Clown" />, &nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley42.gif" border="0" alt="Handshake" title="Handshake" />]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13517">bogo</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6807<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 23:11<br /><br />Cao, 190kg 100cm su mi mjere, nemam puno problema sa kilama, ali pošto imam skoliozu trpim teške bolove u ledjima. <br>Imam 25 god. studiram strojarstvo u Rijeci, bavim se podvodnim ribolovom, i odem tu i tamo na bazen; to je sve pozitivno. <br>Negativno je to šta pušim, pijem, i volim klopat. Ovdje sam da malo naucim o kombiniranju hrane i vježbi kojima cu ojacat kicmeni stup možda malo dotegnut škembu i to je to.&nbsp;<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley42.gif" border="0" alt="Handshake" title="Handshake" />]]>
