    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11203">Jean</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6797<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 14&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 10:34<br /><br />ma kupi bilodi. ne moraš kupovati eko nešto ovo-ono, kupi obicne, u konzumu kako je rekao XQ. sad su u konzumu na akciji, po 5kn, baš su mi roditelji ovaj tjedan napunili zalihe. :D ja ih meljem i koristim ko brašno za kolace, palacinke itd. <br />navikneš se postepeno jesti ih s vodom, ali za pocetak jedi s mlijekom ili jogurtom itd.. al opet ne pretjerivati, mislim da ti je 50ak grama dosta za dorucak (to ti je otprilike 5 velikih ravnih žlica zobenih, ili npr. 3 vrhom pune žlice). Fino je kad ne staviš previše mlijeka, nego onak, da ih pokrije, staviš u mikrovalnu na npr. 450W 3minute, ispadne ti fiina kašica u koju staviš žlicicu meda i malo cimeta. ;)<br />samo što prije pocni hodati i pravilno jesti, nemoj sad cekati, razmišljati, odugovlaciti! što prije kreneš, bliže si na cilju. :)]]>

Nikad ih nemoj natopljavati vodom jer ce biti bljak!!<DIV>Ja u blender stavim zobene, lanenene, posni, jednu vocku + steviju, smiksam dodam vode da bude tekuce, mmmmmmmmm!!!</DIV>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11203">Jean</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6797<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 13&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 14:02<br /><br />probaj ovakav jelovnik:<br />dorucak : 50grama zobenih, mlijeko, žlicica meda. prokuhaj, pojedi. ili npr. : 1 jabuka, 1 naranca, malo zobenih, 2-3 žlice posnog sira, malo cimeta, vode - izblendaj i popij<br />medjuobrok: neka vocka<br />rucak: obavezno neki protein tipa meso, jaja + povrce i porcija UH (porcija je velicine šake)<br />medjuobrok: opet neko voce<br />vecera: ja si blendam jabuku, narancu i 2-3 žlice posnog i popijem. <br />probaj za pocetak što više hodati. hodaj 6x na tjedan po sat-sat i pol nekom normalnom brzinom (ne presporo). kad se ufuraš u prehranu i hodanje (npr. nakon 3-4 tjedna), dodaj u tjednu vježbe snage: npr 3x na tjedan radi ženske sklekove u npr. 3 serije, pa cucnjeve iskorake itd. ili posjeti fitnessangels.com i drži se njihovog programa na pocetnike. <br />eto ti plana: 6x  na tjedan hodam sat i pol! ]]>
