Nije sad da cu napisati nešto pametno, ali prema tvojim fotografijama mislim da bi tebi najbolje bilo da se uhvatiš bicikla (sobnog ili pravog) jer ceš tako najjefikasnije stesati donji dio. Znam curu koja je bila ista ti i u jedno ljeto sve to stesala i sad je svugdje jednaka. Vozila je svaki dan 20-tak km na biciklu. <div>To ti je 100% efikasno pa ako uspijes krenuti s time, mislim da tebi nista drugo ne bi trebalo. </div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>Ja sam isto bila dosta na biciklu i napravila si problem - stanjila se dolje, a gore ostala jaka pa sad izgledam smiješno. Ali nadam se da cu kad izgubim kile i uz pomoc plasticnog kirurga :) uspjet koliko toliko popraviti štetu. Salo mi se više uopce ne hvata&nbsp; na guzicu i noge, od tog bicikliranja, nego samo na škembu i cice. Pa eto tko hoce povecat cice - recept je tu! hA HA</div>]]>

Dakle pocnimo od prehrane.<div><br></div><div>Zamolio bih te da ovo ispuniš:&nbsp;<a href="http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/" target="_blank">http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/</a>, i tamo mislim na trecem koraku uzmeš s lijeve strane režim, FASTER WEIGHT LOSS (-30%, -10%) i onda još tih 10% podigni na -20%, sve se da lijepo nemoraš niti malo razmišljati, sve piše.<br><br>Zatim iducih tjedan dana neka ti ovo bude jelovnik, odnosno radi oko ovih namirnica: jaja, posni, tuna, pileca prsa (salama pilecih prsa paše), mlijeko, zobene, integralna tjestenina, i nešto povrca (ja ga ne preferiram ali koristim multivitamine)</div><div><br></div><div>Molio bih te da tocno u brojku racunaš kalorije (ulje, umaci, sve su to kalorije) i ne radiš grešku da jedeš PREMALO jer se 'osjecaš sito', eventualno 100 kcal manje ako si fakat sita.</div><div><br></div><div>Takodjer prouci LeanGains odnosno Intermittent Fasting, ako nemaš vremena, vrhunski pristup dijeti.</div><div><br></div><div>Ako nakon tjedan dana ne izgubiš nešto, krivo racunaš i procitaj post opet. Vjerujem da ceš se potrudit ;) Sretno!</div>]]>
