Prvo je radit cu svaki dan, pa onda 3 puta tjedno, pa 2, i onda nakraju 2 puta na mjesec odu u teretanu i zatim prekid.. A na spravi za ledja se sjedi 5 min, drži za drške i gleda tv<br>]]>
