Dosta ljudi kad su bolesni imaju poriv da se malo "razmaze" i ugode si to slasticama i junkom, nije to nist nenormalno i neljudski, al bilo bi dobro ako mozes ne opterecivati dodatno organizam takvom hranom nego mu maximalno pomoci da se sto prije oporavis]]>

Govorim i sam kako mi metabolizam nebi pao kad sam u 4 dana imao 3 tekme i 1 kosarkaski trening te 1 teretane . I sada me zanimakako da se hranim dok sam pod virozom ?<br><br><br><br>LP</p>]]>
