Ako jedem umake onda ih sam radim. Cesto napravim bolognese koji jedembez ikakve tjestenine. Ili burrito umak koji jedem bez tortilje.</p>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11203">Jean</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6749<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 18:39<br /><br />pa ne koristim ni kecap ni majonezu. umaci eventualno na bazi jogurta, unutra malo tabasca i odlican umak a niskokalorican. ;)<br />za meso, evo npr danas: dva pileca batka pecena na malo maslaca, podlivena vodom i malo cili praha- fino se onak glazira kad ispari voda i ne bude suho nego baš socno. <br />ne koristim nikakve kupovne umake, ne konzumiram skoro nikakav umak koji je na bazi brašna, vrhnja itd. jednostavno mi se dogodio takav klik u glavi da mi to sve izgleda odvratno i uopce mi nije bed to ne jesti. :D<br />dobri umaci se fino naprave od rajcice (može i kupovna obzirom da sad nema baš domace, makar ja u škrinji uvijek imam rezerve s vrta :P). na malo ulja/maslaca prodinstaš luk, pa malo cešnjaka, ubaciš rajcicu, dodaš suhe zacine(npr. bosiljak, origano..) kuhaš 10ak min i to je to.. ;) u to ubaciš limenku tune i malo peršina - mljac. :)<br />]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=6579">Gabrijel7</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6749<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 07&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 15:46<br /><br />Svi znamo da je skuhat tjesteninu,rižu, krumpir, ispeci meso, jaje poprilicno lako, medjutim jesti to sve samo tako i nije možda svima pretjerano fino...ali dodak raznih zacina, odnosno umaka na samo jelo, daje ukus tome svemu...  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley3.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br /><br />Stoga otvaram ovu temu kako bi mogli pisati o tome kako vi svoje jelo cinite socnim i ukusnim, a ujedno da ono i dalje ostane zdravo i ne prekaloricno.<br /><br />Zanima me kakve vi umake koristite kad jedete meso, kad radite salatu i sl. Da li mozda nekad u ducanu zalutate do police sa gotovim umacima (salsa, umak od gljiva, bešamel umak i td.) pa se i oni nadju na vašem tanjuru??...Šta koristite od zacina??... Da li koristite majonezu, kecap, senf, u kojoj kolicini, koliko cesto i td.??...<br /><br /><br />Recepti zdravih umaka itekako su dobrodošli <br /> <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
