    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=12317">bugili</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6718<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 20:44<br /><br />Pozzzz<br />Dakle prvo predstavljanje u brojkama<br />42 godine<br />164 cm nizak<br />68 kg<br />Prije 3 mj sam imao 72,5 kg. pa sam poceo trenirati u fitnesu prilicno aktivno znaci 5-6 dana u sedmici gdje je obavezno 30-45 min trcanja i jos 60-75 minuta sprave,trbusnjaci i slicno.....<br />Prije 2 mjeseca operacija meniskusa me izbacila 10-ak dana od fitnesa,ali posto imam jaku volju i uvijek sam bio nekakav hobi spotista nije mi bilo tesko se vratiti u teretanu.<br />Eh sad moj cilj je smrsati jos 4 kg i jos malo ucvrstiti tijelo tj. skinuti stomak i ev. reducirati odlaske u teretanu jer mi treba vremena za familiju.....<br />Lagano doruckujem malo crnog hljeba,preko dana jedna sjeckana jabuka i banana,oko 4 kuhani rucak;6-8 trening,posle mlijeko sa pro85vit sa psenicnim kornfleksom.....sta bi ste oduzeli -dodali ovom mom programu...pozzzzz]]>
