Znaci ukoiko si sad nakon dugog vremena pocela vjezbati moguce je da si istovremeno istopila mast i dobila nesto misicne mase (kad se sve oduzme i zbroji pise -1 kg i onda ljudi pocnu ocajvati jer se pridrzavaju svega a ono "ne ide dolje". Stvar je koliko masti si izgubila, vaga nije mjerodavan pokazatenj nego ogledalo). Vodim insanity i ok je program ali ako si u mogucnosti bilo bi dobro da vjezbas s utezima. (pretpostvaljam da mlaku vodu sa limunom pijes zbog probave, da te pošalje na wc <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> )<br /><br />probudis se recimo u pola 7, tad popijes vodu<br />oko 7:15h zobene i nakon toga kavu ak bas moras<br />oko 9-10h neki meduobrok (uz koji mozes zeleni iako ja caj ne brojim kao obrok, caj mozes piti tokom cijeog dana, kad kod zelis, ionako su pa nekaloricni)<br />oko 12-1 rucak (ovo kaj si napisala je sasvim ok)<br />oko 2-3 medjuobork (opet neka vocka, bademi, pa i kava ak treba)<br />oko 5 mozda neki shake prije vjezbanja<br />6 trening<br />odmah poslij treninga nebi bio lose shake, <br />i nakon toga neka lagana vecera, ukoliko jedes posni mozes slobodno jesti i oko 21h <span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by Gabrijel7 - 04&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 10:07</span>]]>

Kad cu poceti brže mršavjeti i da li cu  uopce poceti mršaviti ?<br /><br />Primjer jelovnika:<br /><br />7:00 2dcl mlake vode s limunom,  kava s mlijekom<br />8:45 zeleni caj s limunom ili caj od koprive<br />10:00 3 jušne žlice zobenih, groždjice, lanene sjemenke, cimet i s mlijekom 0,9%mm<br />12:30 jabuka, naranca<br />16:00 pileca prsa, kelj, radic salata / ili radic salata, kuhano jaje i slanutak<br />17:00 kava s mlijekom, par lješnjaka, badema<br />18:00 Insanity  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley11.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br />20:00 komadic sira, neko voce<br /><br /><br /><br />]]>
