Totalno ratujem sama sa sobom i ne kuzim u cemu je stvar. Prvo sto mi pada na pamet je da se samo nisam jos navikla, a druga je da sam previse smanjila kalorije. Mozda nisam dovoljno jasno objasnila koliko i sto sam do vrlo nedavno jela/zderala. Dakle jela sam u meku svaki, svaki drugi dan, sendvici, gazirano pice svaki dan, grickalice par puta tjedno, slatko isto skoro svaki dan barem malo, pojela bi sendvic od 4 snite bijelog kruha u ponoc i tako... Katastrofalno uglavnom. Sad evo vec dva tjedna nisam popila nista gazirano niti ikakav sok, nista slatko osim malo tamne cokolade, grickalice i fast food uopce, nastojim se drzati svega sto ste mi rekli, ali i dalje mi je navecer uzasno slabo, i preko dana mi se zna vrtit u glavi lagano i javlja mi se ogromna potreba za secerom. help. :(]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13223">Tinkerbell_85</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6621<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 23:31<br /><br />Evo ubacujem jos jedan dnevni jelovnik.<br><br>1. 3 integralna dvopeka s pastetom koja se sastoji od 50 g tune i dva kuhana jajeta.<br>2. zeleni caj, jabuka, naranca<br>3. dva odreska od lososa, grilana bez masnoce, spinat i jedan manji kuhani krumpir<br>4. mlijeko (0,5%) sa zobenima i cimetom.<br>Vjerojatno sam trebala zamjenit prvi i zadnji obrok...<br><br>Uz insanity sam ubacila jos i 15 minuta ovih vjezbi http://media-cache-ec5.pinterest.com/550/43/55/65/435565d9ea64daab1e626cb84ef1ea57.jpg, ubacit cu jos koje ponavljanje kad ga budem u stanju napravit. :D <br>]]>

Uvjek sam uzimala dosta tekucine samo sam sada zamjenila sokove vodom s iscjedjenim limunom ili nezasladjenim cajem.<br>]]>

Dva dana u tjednu i kasnije jer tek u 10 dodjem s treninga. Nije uvjek kajgana, ali vecinom je jer mi je to jednostavno i brzo za napravit. :/ Lanenih od prilike dvije cajne zlicice.]]>

Reci mi, kad ti je zadnji obrok? I jel uvijek ta kajgana u djiru? :)) I da, koliko si lanenih stavila u ovom jednom primjeru?<br><br>Hmmm..ovako...sad je pitanje da li jedeš premalo u toku dana pa je ta glad znak da trebaš bolje jesti ili je to samo odvikavanje tijela od prošlih lošijih navika. Ovo drugo prodje s vremenom, ovo prvo treba ispravit jer je loše i nece te nikud dovest na duge staze s obzirom da ceš puknut.<br><br>Ako nešto probrkljaš tokom dana i još više probrkljaš za veceru nije ni cudo da ludiš pred spavanje. Mrzim tu glad, koliko sam je istrpila godinama unazad...a tako nepotrebno :)<br><br>Samo ti piši pa cemo vidjet šta se može <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" alt="Wink" title="Wink" /><br><br><br><br><br>]]>

Pisat cu svoj dnevnik prehrane sljedecih dana pa mi mozes ukazati na jos neke ovakve greske ili propuste, a valjda cu i ja pronaci nesto sto mi pase u tom procesu. :D Meni je dosta velik problem sto sam cesto budna do kasno i onda mi se dogadjaju ti napadaji gladi u 1,2 ujutro. U zadnje vrijeme ih ignoriram, ali osjecam se jako lose i tesko zaspem. Hoce li mi se organazim naviknuti na nezadovoljavanje te gladi privim sto mi dodje pod ruku s vremenom kad se malo ufuram u bolju prehranu tokom dana?]]>
