    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=13214">X...L size</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6617<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19&nbsp;Veljaca&nbsp;2013 at 15:40<br /><br />nakon skoro mjesec dana vježbanja i zdrave prehrane moram se pohvalit rezultatima težina -3kg,grudi -2cm,struk -6 cm,bokovi -4 cm.<br>biciklo mi je i dalje "najbolji"prijatelj,na njemu potrošim dnevno cca 400 kcal a poslije uradim par vježbica za ruke<br>prehrana je uglavnom juhe,zelena salata,kupus,jabuke,narance,banane,riba,piletina,mladi sir,bademi,brusnice...nisam još uvijek 100% u zoni al gledam na odnos blokova p/uh/m bude približan i ova mi ishrana stvarno odgovara jer nisam gladna a jedem dovoljno, u biti konacno jedem pametno<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" alt="LOL" title="LOL" /><br>]]>
