Nema drugog nacina osim da pocneš jesti još više dok ne dodješ do potrebne kolicine. Radi si visokokalorijske shakeove od zobenih, meda,voca i &nbsp;proteina i to pij izmedju obroka tokom dana. Treniram ugl navecer jako kasno, iza ponoci. 2dana pa jedan dan odmora.]]>
