Ukoliko netko jede kao mecava nece mu previše pomoci ni sve vježbe i treninzi ovog svijeta. Takav netko može imati najljepše trbušnjake na svijetu ali ih vjerovatno nikada nece vidjeti.&nbsp; <br><br>Samo bih dodao da u odredjenim fazama te ukoliko odredjene mišicne skupine ?zaostaju?&nbsp; rad na njima se može malo intenzivirati odnosno cešce ubaciti poneku vježbu za skupinu koju držimo zaostalom. Što se tice trbušnih mišica, a tice se vec nekakve faze ?finiširanja?&nbsp; kada su trbušnjaci ? tu negdje? ili vidljivi no ne previše reljefni, mogu reci da ih ima smisla intenzivnije raditi jer se time mišic ? izgurava? napolje, dakle tada nije svejedno dali je debljina trbušnih mišica 0.7 cm ili 1,5 cm.<br><br>Sretno i ne odustaj!!! <br><br>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=10645">avangarde</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6550<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2013 at 14:10<br /><br />draga, HelloKitty, prvo dobrodosla :) Iako vidim da si gore napisala da bi htjela osim skinuti kile ucvrstiti guzu i trbuh, mislim da bi svakako trebala raditi fullbody treninge (+ možeš dodatne vježbe za guzu si dodati iako nema potrebe). Guza ce se oblikovati od svih osnovnih vjezbi koje budes radila u fullbody treningu (kao što je npr. cucanj i iskorak) nema tu nekih prevelikih "izmisljotina" koje se zovu SAMO vježbe za guzu, samo vježbe za trbuh itd. Napraviš cijelo tijelo i mirna si, a posljedicno dolazi i cvrsca guza i lijep trbuh (kojeg ces ionako zaraditi u kuhinji ;) <br />pozz i sretno :)]]>
