A taman mi je krenulo. :(<br />Svejedno,to me nece sprijeciti da vježbam.  Sada se bacam na vježbanje kod kuce,Nabavio sam si bench,bucice,šipku za zgibove,klupicu za trbušne i ab roller. <br />Ja bih zamolio neku dobru dušu ako mi može složit nekakav program po kojem bi trenirao sa ovim rekvizitima šta imam.<br />Inace,želio bi dobiti na masi. Cisto ak bas zelis i imas love, ak ne dost ti par bucica.Klupicu za trbusnjake nebi uzeo niti na poklon. Onda radje si daj napravit squat rack ili samo 2 paralelna povisiva držaca koja drže šipku pa radiš i squat i BP uz klupicu<br></td></tr></table><div><br></div><div>skup je squat rack jbg</div>]]>
