Gleda ih kao na izvor energije, jos ak odes u deficit vjeratno ce njih uzeti. Sklekovi, cucnjevi i zgibovi jesu dobri. Ali kakva ti je korist od skleka ako ih možeš 100 bez problema napraviti. Nije sklek nekoristan, ali tvoje grudi i tricepsi su navikli na vece opterecenja. ]]>
