Koristi kvalitetne proteinske izvore, npr. tunjevinu, piletinu, mlijeko, whey protein. </FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>Neka&nbsp;ti dnevni kalorijski unos bude oko 45x telesna tezina. Odnosno, ako imas 70 kila, dnevno bi trebao uzimati oko 350 kalorija.<BR></FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>Jedi svaka tri sata (osim nocu, kad spavas). <BR><BR>Cim ustanes, doruckuj. Jutarnju higijenu ostavi za poslije dorucka. <IMG src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0">Dorucak je vrlo bitan dnevni obrok - pomaze&nbsp;ti da izades iz katabolickog stanja u kojem si ujutro. Ukoliko uzimas kreatin, uzmite ga 30-45 min prije dorucka, u svrhu maksimalne apsorpcije kreatina. <BR><BR>Odmah poslije treninga uzmite oko 30g jednostavnih ugljikohidrata, a najkasnije dva sata nakon treninga pojedi kvalitetni obrok bogat ugljikohidratima i proteinima. </FONT></P><P><FONT color=#ff3399>Ovo su ti neke smjernice, a plan prehrane - imas jedan jaaaako dobar na pocetnoj strani fitness.com.hr, samo povecaj kolicinu (lako ces izracunati).</FONT></P>]]>

Imam 9 godina, visok sam 83 i imam 70 kg.Oduvijek jako tesko dobivam na kilazi i nemam nikakvih masnih naslaga.Inace sam student i svjestan sam toga da se uzasno lose i nekvalitetno hranim.Znam da je glupo izmisljati kojekakve izlike i opravdanja zasto jedem losu hranu(da nemam vremena,jer imam previse obaveza i slicne gluposti...).Istina je da se oduvijek dosta lose hranim,a sada jos i hrana iz menze i iz studentskog centra koja je zivi uzas... Kako ja vrlo malo(gotov nista)znam o zdravoj prehrani,molim Vas da mi pomognete <span style="font-weight: bold;">sastaviti tjedni menu</span> jer od iduceg mjeseca planiram krenuti u teretanu.elja mi je dobiti na masi nakon nekog vremena.Ne mislim ici u teretanu koji mjesec i odustati.Svjestan sam da to ne ide preko noci pa sam odlucio uz zdravu prehranu i redovit trening unjeti neke promjene u svoj zivot.Hvala vam unaprijed.Svaki prijedlog za zdravu prehranu je dobrodosao.Hvala!<img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0"><br>]]>
