Mozes bilo koji whey, samo pogledaj sastav prije nego kupis da recimo na 30g wheya bude 20-25g cistog proteina. Optimum nutrition ti je dobar pa probaj s njim. Mislim, puno je proizvodjaca i razlicitih vrsta pa nisam sigurna koji bi mi odgovarao za pocetak. :) Bila sam jucer na nekoj body analizi i bila bih zahvalna ako bi mi netko objasnio što to znaci s obzirom da žena koja mi je to mjerila baš nije bila upucena u neke stvari. <br>Dakle: <br>- visina: 170cm<br>-težina 52 kg<br>- masno tkivo (%) 18 (sad ne znam je li to puno/malo s obzirom da mi je ta žena rekla samo da je sve u granicama normale) <br>-voda - 59.9 % <br>- mišicno tkivo 40%<br>- koštano tkivo 6 %<br>-bazalni metabolizam 1380 kcal (znaci, ako želim dobiti na mišicnoj masi moram jesti malo iznad toga? )<br>-aktivni metabolizam 1865 kcal <br>]]>

Znaci papat kvalitetnu hranu s kcal malo iznad odrzavanja i vježbati s utezima. Sto se tice proteina najbolje si uzmi whey kao sto ti je rekao zmaj i poslije treninga ga popijes s dekstrozom u omjeru 1P:2dekstroza<br />sretno :)<br />pozz]]>

A i oduvijek sam bila jedna od onih mršavih cura pa želim malo poraditi i na definiciji, "nabit" malo mišicne mase pa sam zato i mislila nabaviti proteine, radi boljeg oporavka i rasta mišica. :) <br>]]>
