    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=12898">sinke1</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6498<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 06&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2013 at 17:55<br /><br />Bok!...Par pitanja imam.Kao prvo nisam pocetnik u vježbama,znam ih puno za sve mišicne skupine,ali nisam dugo vježbao u teretani i spremam se uskoro opet krenuti.Recite mi koji mi je najbolji omjer aerobnih i anaerobnih vježbi kroz dane u tjednu.Prije sam imao jedan dan utege,drugi dan aerobno i tako cijeli tjedan.Da li je to dobar sistem ili trebam nešto promijeniti?Zatim koliko bi mi trebao trajati aerobni trening?Znao sam trcati i po sat vremena na traci sa promjenama brzina.Jel to puno?<br />]]>
