Bolje ti je vježbat 1h 4 ili pet dana u sedmici, trebaš ostaviti vremena mišicima da se oporave.<div>Za preparate fakat ne znam, jedino bi trebao jest zdravo, dakle puno voca i povrca, ribu, jaja itd., ukinuti junk hranu, previše slatka i to..</div><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by domodossola - 05&nbsp;Sijecanj&nbsp;2013 at 23:50</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=12879">GymFighter</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6470<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30&nbsp;Prosinac&nbsp;2012 at 22:13<br /><br />Pozz svima ...<br />Zovem se davor <br /><br />ovako Visok sam 1.80 cm <br />tezina : necemo sad o tome to cemo malo kasnije cim se skine jos xD nezamjerite  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br /><br />ovako poceo sam u teretanu prije nekih 1.5 mj dosad sam skinuo 14 kg cca.<br />I sad je dosao jedan period gdje se skida nesto manje kao da stagniram a vjezbam standardnih 1,5h <br />svaki dan od pon-sub , nedjeljom setnja neka <br /><br />zanimalo bi me jos koje mi preparate preporucate (ja sam mislio za pocetak uzimat turbo fat burner &#091;tekuci oblik , l-carnitine 1000 mg + jos neki dodatci&#093;)<br /><br />hvala  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
