Ja tako kad mi je navece trening, a onda pred spavanje p+m. neki tvrde da uh navece nesmije, neki da nema veze ukoliko si u okviru svojih kcal, neki pak cijeli dan poste pa navece potuku sve  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ja se držim whey i banane poslije treninga, a ti vidi šta tebi odgovara  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> odlicno za trening, volim opake trenere <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>

To je s trenerom - Svaki put radim drugu mišicnu skupinu... <br />Tu i tamo bude 30 min aerobno + 30 min intervalno, a nekad napravi cijeli kružni trening od nekih 10 stanica/postaja cega vec?<br />Znaci tih sat vremena doslovno umirem, cijedi se sa mene jer covjek nema milosti <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br />O wheyu sam razmišljala i namjeravam skupit za njega, a do tada cu se nekako snaci s tim zadnjim obrokom! Bilo me strah u principu jesti UH tako kasno, ali eto izgurat cu i to <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley1.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ]]>
