    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11076">zbunjena</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6361<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 27&nbsp;Studeni&nbsp;2012 at 17:16<br /><br />Znam da je ova tema vec isfurana ali bila bih vam jako zahvalna kad bi me rijesili ove nedoumice...naime zanima ne koliko je stetno-ili nije vecerat cca nekih 500 kcal,veceram oko osam jer mi sve ostalo jednostavno tesko pada na zeludac a doruckujem oko 6 pola7  znaci tijelo mi je u stanj postanekih 10ak sati...moze li onda vecera od 500kcal nadkoditi ili je ok...I zanima me sto mislite  o sirevima(tipaa dimljeni ili neki malo masniji),nisam na fazi mrsavljenja nego odrzavanja tezine a nekad mi je teze pojest puno pa s njima lakse namirim dnevnu dozu kalorija,valja li to??]]>
