Radi se full body i ovakav trening jaca kompletnu muskulaturu tijela te pomaze ubrzavanju metabolizma a time i sagorjevanjem masnoca. Princip je 10 pjesama- svaka pjesma obraduje jednu misicnu skupinu ( izmjenjuju se veca pa manja skupina). Svakako bi preporucila za probati  jer je po mom misljenju ovo jedini grupni trening koji u moze djelomicno zamjeniti trening u teretani<br />pozz]]>
