Isto tako sto se tice vjezbanja preporucio bih ti da prodes sljedeci 4etvero tjedni Daliborov program koji je jako dobar . Tek iza lagano kreni s terwtanom i tako tim treninzima . Ja sam cak dva-tri dana bio i lako je bilo i cak je bilo više hrane i svega ali to kada sam malo sjeo i razmislio to je najvece sranje ! Trebaš samo regulirati prehranu uz redovitu tjelovježbu !
