To mi je najveci problem, uz svu moju prehranu rižu , zobene , tijesto , kirkiriki maslac, prsa i riba ( ne mogu uvijek ), povrce i ponekad jaja ne mogu dobiti na masi . Za informaciju , ja sam srednjoškolac to znaci min . 2 sata tjelesnog tjedno (inace odmaram što više mogu ) + 3 treninga tjedno . Za oko mi je zapeo mass gainer od Optimum Nutritiona . Nisam pobornik suplementacije , ali baš me puknulo nešta i odjednom želim MASU, a ovo mi se cini kao najbolji nacin . Može neki savjet]]>
