Naime neki preporucuju podosta treninga sa utezima, cak i neke varijacije olimpijskih dizanja, dok neki pak preporucuju samo ergometar i trening na vodi, uz staticke vježbe za trbuh i donja ledja. Zanima me ima li itko iskustva i prije svega znanja da mi kaže kako bi otprilike trebao izgledati trening za veslanje.
