Znaci svaki obrok (3) i meduobrok (2) se treba sastojati od priblizno ravnomjerno rasporedenih nutrijenata (P:UH:M). Prema mom racunu za odrzavanje ti treba cca 2100kcal. Ja ne bi u tvom slucaju nikako isla ispod 1700 kcal zbog usporavanja metabolizma i moguceg "propadanja" misica<br />ako jos nesto zatrebas javi  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley2.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> <br />pozz]]>

Imam prijateljica koje su moje visine i imaju par kila manje, a nisu anoreksicne niti kosturi. Slicno sam gradena kao mama, a ona se u pubertetu naglo pocela debljat, ali nista nije poduzimala po tom pitanju. Sada ima celulit kojeg ne uspijeva maknuti. Mislim da za svoje godine i visinu imas premalo kila. Ubaciti &nbsp;vježb sa utezima, &nbsp;kad vec ideš u teretanu, 3-4x tjedno. Pojacati hranu, proteine pogotovo :posni sir, rubu, meso, jaja etc. i povrce, a mknuti kekse, cokoladu. cornflakes i slicno. Ok, to i možeš tu i tamo dopustiti, naravnno, al ne da budena dnevnoj bazi. Imaš ovdje puno jelovnika, programe treninga i samo trenin i pravilnaprehana i imati ceš rezultate.]]>
