Pronjuškaj malo po jelovnicima na forumu od drugih forumaša i prati malo druge teme pojedinaca jer se sve svode u principu na jedno te iste odgovore koji vrijede za svakoga.<br>Kaj se treninga tice isto nije dobro...vidi kaj sam napisao ovdje, to se odnosi na sve koje zele vjezbati u teretani. <a href="https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/definicija_topic6190.html" target="_blank">https://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/definicija_topic6190.html</a><br><br>]]>
