    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=11874">sportas95</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6166<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 10&nbsp;Listopad&nbsp;2012 at 18:41<br /><br />Svakako cu pokusat ,samo jos nisam pribavio sve sto mi treba ;)<br />eo danas kako je dan proso:digo se u pol 9 jeo,malo kasnije odradio trening,pojeo  kruha margarina i pekmeza 2 šnite i furi u školu pa oko 2 sam pomeo sendvic i poslje tzk 2 jabuke i u 4 sata opet sam usro stvar,nisam nist poneo neg lisnato s višnjama i cokoladno mlijeko :P eo sad vecera :Skuša i 1 krumpir +salata i na trening furi:)  sta bi bilo okej poslije tr lagano pojest oko 9 sati?cisto da se oporavim&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;hvala :)]]>

Sto se tice whey-a od pola kg, ako budes svaki dan uzimao jednu mjericu 30g, znaci imat ces za oko 15 dana (ako sam dobro izracunala  <img src="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> ) <br />pozz]]>

Sto se tice jelovnika s fitnessangels on je odlican s tim da ti NIKAKO ne moj uzimati 1500kcal, to ti je pre pre malo. Izracunala sam tvoje kcal odrzavanja na http://fitnessangels.net/hr/sagorijevanje.php i to bi otprilike bilo 2600kcal, sto znaci da ako hoces gubit mast, a zadrzat mislic ides ispod toga 20-30%, znaci 1800kcal. Probaj izracunati sam, mozda sam ja negdje pogrijesila s tvojim podacima koje si gore dao]]>
