    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=9722">Markan1989</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6151<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 18&nbsp;Svibanj&nbsp;2013 at 15:41<br /><br />po meni puno previše treninga ali možda ti tako odgovara, ja sam prešao na tri treninga snage tjedno cijelo tijelo (baš sve uhvatim pa da sad ne opisujem trening jer bi potrajalo) po 45 minuta i poceo sam ciklirat UH (jedan dan 3000 kcal; 400-450 g UH) a drugi dan 1900 kcal a UH koliko pojedem iz posnog, i jaja (ima i tu nešto sitno) i orašastih, inace je sve P i M taj dan (racunaj oko 200 g P i 100 g ili malo više M) i ništa se ne lijepi na mene al jedem samo 2 puta dnevno i eventualno jedan snack kad je trening dan tipa banana i malo jogurta nemasnog<br /><br />ako te muce te dvije kile prouci malo cikliranje UH (možeš primijenit na bilo koji broj obroka u danu) i ide to dolje ko sumanuto samo se bojim da nisi pretreniran<br /><br />pozz]]>
