Cak i ne osjecam glad nakon HIIT dva sata uopce. Ali se bojim da umjesto mog sala tijelo ne pocne da jede misice jer nemam puno sala. Posto sam preko dana stalno u obavezama i jedino vrijeme za trening mi ostane vece (21-22).  Tada odradim 20-25 min hiit treninga al pravo jako, a onda ne znam sta da jedem nakon njega. Jer sam negdje citao da se 2 sata nakon hiita ne treba nista jesti i da je to period kada tijelo trosti masti. A nakon dva sata meni je vrijeme za spavanje pa se bojim ako nesto pojedem da ne ode u masti. A ako nista me pojdem da umjesto salo pocnem gubiti misicnu masu. Sad sam totalno zbunjen.
