    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="http://www.fitness.com.hr/forum/member_profile.asp?PF=8828">Tancho</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 6077<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 04&nbsp;Rujan&nbsp;2012 at 15:36<br /><br />Ovako,trenutno sam na programu za masu ali bi htio da se što manje zamastim(iako pazim dosta na prehranu teško da ce se zbog suficita ipak ne dobiti nešto sala).Zanima me sada da li nakon treninga sa utezima u trajanju od cca. 60 minuta mogu odraditi lagani cardio na biciklu ili traci(nekih 20minuta) ili da ipak popijem PWM nakon utega pa da onda radim cardio?]]>
