Ujutro  mlijeko i kruh sa medom , rucak juha i neko meso , povrce i meso a navecer samo nesto lagano voce i mlijeko . A trening imam sam radnim danima a vikendom pauz  . A želim dobit malo vecu masu i a kasnije definiciju ! ]]>
